November 2025 Newsletter

(New AAArdvark updates, Snapshot Audits, and Building a Startup at the Intersection of Tech, Law, and Human Rights.)

Gratitude and Gathering Momentum

As we head into the final stretch of 2025, we wanted to share what we’ve been working on this month. Your feedback continues to shape our roadmap, and this round of updates reflects what we’ve been hearing from you.

Here’s what’s new:

New Updates in AAArdvark

Here’s what’s new in the AAArdvark accessibility testing platform:

  • Weekly Digest Emails – Weekly Digest Emails now show you what changed across your workspace – issue counts, top priorities, and a site-by-site breakdown. Stay on top of your accessibility work from your inbox.
  • Excel Report Improvements – Our report exports have been polished up to include direct page URLs, letting you easily connect each issue to its exact location.
  • New Filters for Issues – Finding the right issues just got easier. Our improved filters let you search by status, assignee, WCAG level, and more – built for teams juggling multiple sites and priorities.

Annual Billing Is Here (Plus a Black Friday Special)

We’re launching annual billing for AAArdvark this week. If you’ve been running accessibility testing on a monthly plan, you can now prepay for the year and lock in better pricing with predictable budgeting.

And starting Thursday, November 28 through Monday, December 1, we’re offering a Black Friday discount on top of our standard annual pricing – up to 25% off your first year.

Use coupon code BF2025 at checkout. The discount is available Thursday through Monday only.

Coming Soon

We’re wrapping up the year with a few long-requested features and visual improvements that we think you’ll love:

  • Updated Workspace Dashboard and Tags for Sites – A fresh look, and a smarter way to organize your Workspace. This upcoming update will introduce site tags, letting you group sites in ways that make sense for your team. Keep everything organized, clear, and easy to find.
  • Dark mode – Dark Mode is coming to AAArdvark. Perfect for late-night accessibility work or anyone who prefers a gentler interface.
  • Fix for Overlapping Markers in Visual Mode – We’re improving the Visual Mode experience so issue markers no longer overlap or stack on top of each other. Selecting and reviewing individual issues will soon be much easier and smoother.
